JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a service-oriented municipal guide who wants to work in a varied role with many points of contact and a fast pace.

The phone is your primary working tool and the main way you meet the municipality's residents. As a municipal guide, you are often the first contact a resident has with the municipality, making you our face to the public. Through conversations, you help guide, inform, and resolve issues. Although contact can occur via chat, SMS, or personal visits, it is through the phone that you have the most frequent contact. The role means that you work as a generalist with broad knowledge of all the municipality's activities and collaborate with employees throughout the organization. Your main tasks are to receive incoming calls and manage their case handling in several different operational systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma, preferably with further education in social issues. You should have previous experience working as a municipal guide or in customer service where you have handled incoming calls and worked in some system, preferably in the case management system Artvise. To thrive and work with us, you must be able to handle rapid changes and work at a fast pace with the resident in focus. You must be able to communicate in both Swedish and English without problems, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage. To fit in with us, you need to be solution-oriented, flexible, and see opportunities in change.

We meet residents daily who have different needs and questions. Therefore, it is important that you are stable, have good social skills, and can meet our residents in a calm and professional manner regardless of the situation.
